Who is MTS City Breaks?
MTS City Breaks is a Land Services International Consolidator, specializing in servicing only Travel Agents (B2B)
through its online platform (www.mtscitybreaks.eu) , to book Hotels, Car Rentals, Tours and Transfers.

How do I start working with you?

Please complete the registration form and you will receive a password & a username in 24hours.

Do you have allotment for all of the hotels in the database? Can I have instant confirmation?
MTS has negotiated private rates with the hotel properties in its online booking tool and travel agents
receive instant confirmation on all the hotels they book under the sign BOOK NOW icon.
The majority of Hotels depicted in the system are AVAILABLE!

What does the REQUEST sign mean?
The hotel properties with the REQUEST sign in the search list do not have available allotment. However if the
users click on the REQUEST button and fill-in the online form, our operations team will request extra allotment
from the hotel on the spot. If the hotel property can not provide the allotment requested, then our operations
team will follow up on your request with alternative hotel property proposals and rates.

Are all hotel rates depicted on a per person/night or per room/night basis?
The hotel rates shown in the search list are on a per room per night basis unless otherwise specified on
the search list.

Is breakfast included in the hotel rates depicted?
Yes, breakfast is included in the price - unless stated otherwise

Are the rates depicted Net or Commissionable?
All rates depicted are net. However MTS can develop tailor made Commissionable Pricing Model on
the request of the Travel Agent.

How many rooms can one book at once?
You can book up to 9 pax regardless of the way they are allocated in each room.

What is your standard cancellation policy?
Cancellation deadline is indicated next to each service price, unless otherwise specified on our booking
confirmation. Reservations will be automatically cancelled by the time limit date and time, unless voucher
has been issued.

Special Note:
During special event periods (exhibitions, sport events etc), on specific dates and early bird type bookings,
hotel properties may alter their standard cancelation policy with a different cancellation policy of which
Travel Agents will be informed before the completion of their booking/s.

Can I confirm the status of my booking directly with the hotel?
Hotel Properties receive our list of booked allotments anywhere from 3 to 7 days before the check-in date.
You should, therefore, be able to confirm the status of your booking with the hotel anywhere from 3 to 7 days
before the check-in date. Kindly note that if you contact a hotel earlier than 7 days prior to the check-in date,
the hotel may not be able to verify your booking, even though your booking has been confirmed
by MTS City Breaks www.mtscitybreaks.eu .

What are the Payment Terms for my bookings?
MTS offers a variety of payment options for your bookings.

1) Credit Card
Travel Agency Credit card can be used to hold and/or pay for the net amount of each reservation on our
online transaction secure payment system. The booking must be finalized (paid) by the payment deadline
depicted otherwise it will be cancelled automatically.

2) Floating Deposit
Through this option, MTS will set up an agreed amount of a Floating Deposit Account for each Travel Agent.
Each finalised booking net rate will be deducted from the Travel Agent’s Floating Deposit Account.
Travel Agent’s can deposit funds in their Floating Deposit Account at any time.

3) Bank Guarantee / Credit terms
A bank guarantee will be accepted at a minimum amount of 10.000 EUR on a monthly basis according to
the following timetable: Bookings invoiced for check-in dates falling between the 1st and 31st of the month will
be paid by the 10th of the following month. Regardless of the date, once this credit limit has been reached
before the month ends; a payment is required or additional bookings will have to be pre-paid with a credit card
at the time of booking under prepayment terms. Please contact us for more information on bank
guarantee / credit terms option.

4) Swift Transfer
A Swift Transfer can be accepted for a booking only if the payment deadline is at least 4 days ahead in order
for accounts to verify that the bank transfer is received before this deadline. Kindly see our bank account
